I’m a marketing, communications & PR professional from Winnipeg, MB.
As a chronically online woman, I indulge in the latest content marketing trends, memes, and video essays about storytelling in art (music, film) and internet culture.
I’m a Creative Communications graduate from Red River College Polytechnic with a specialization in Public Relations and Communication Management.
My professional career started as a communications and marketing consultant at Protein Industries Canada, where I managed, wrote, designed graphics, and created content for company announcements, social media, newsletters, and website. I was marketing lead for its international event, Plant Forward 2022 & 2024, which recruited more than 200 delegates each year from around 10 countries worldwide.
Before all that, I interned at Pembina Trails School Division and St. Boniface Hospital supporting the internal communications, strategy work, and content creation.
I studied education, mathematics, and French at The University of Winnipeg in hopes to teach high school math, prior to setting off on my communications journey.
I’ve also worked retail, served in restaurants, tutored high school students, taught karate to kids, and performed in stage and film productions.
Some things I love: food, music, theatre, film, cats, technology, and teaching.
